In Mexico it is sometimes necessary to obtain building permits from both the local municipality and the federal government. In the latter case, you will be required to submit an environmental impact study in addition to your local building permits.We will do both of these for you. Later, after the successful completion of your project we can help you obtain all necessary permits to have a functioning business in Mexico (in the case of a commercial property-such as a hotel, retail, or condo project), or in the case of a custom home, obtain your final use permit (similar to a certificate of occupancy).
